THE PSYCHEDELIC FURS / World Outside [1991]

Widely considered a band with nothing more than a few hits in the '80s, The Psychedelic Furs were a post-punk band that had much more to offer had anyone been more open to listening. Unfortunately they sputtered out and noticeably ran out of steam on their final album World Outside.
Better than their previous effort, Book Of Days, it still never really reaches anywhere near the quality of Mirror Moves or Midnight To Midnight.
With a handful of good songs, never great, World Outside is best taken with a grain of salt with Psy-Fur fans and better skipped by newcomers.
