ROD STEWART / Every Picture Tells a Story (1971)


Rod has the voice and the lycra leggings that made women bend at the knees for various reasons.  It’s 70’s rock of a high calibre, with elements of folk, jazz, blues and soul to please all ears.  At times it sounds like unused Dylan songs.  There is not a single track on this masterpiece that I skip.  It's Rod and he rocks but you knew that already.
