THE YOUNG GODS / TV Sky [1992]

TYG should appeal to fans of industrial / electronic music.  They have a multilingual vocalist, a sampler operator and a drummer - sounds and samples are used like most bands use guitars and bass.  The nature of the music means they can tweak stereo effects infinitely and they give the impression of sound flowing from the left to right channel very organically.
This album is their most well known and I would say their best.  The 20 minute album closer, Summer Eyes is my favourite track.  I saw them perform it live in a room the size of a bathroom and it was a remarkable experience.

Songs of Note:  Gasoline Man; Skin Flowers

4 really useful drummers out of 5
